By accessing our website, enrolling in our programs, or purchasing our products, you (“user,” “student,” or “participant”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or enroll in any program.
  • You represent that all information provided during registration or purchase is accurate and complete.

Programs & Courses

  • The Institute offers an Accredited 34-week Regenerative Health Practitioner certification program, DIY courses, and an autoimmune cohort, among other educational resources.
  • All programs are educational in nature and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Program enrollment does not guarantee graduation, certification, employment, business success, or income.

Payments & Refunds

  • Payment is required in full or according to an approved payment plan prior to accessing program content.
  • Due to the digital nature of our materials, all sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
  • You are responsible for any payment obligations under a payment plan, regardless of course completion.

Intellectual Property

  • All program content, materials, videos, written lessons, and resources are owned by the Institute and protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, educational purposes only.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or sharing of program content is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website or programs for unlawful purposes.
  • Harass, abuse, or interfere with other students, faculty, or staff.
  • Misrepresent your qualifications, certifications, or affiliation with the Institute.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Institute, its owner, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your participation, misuse of content, or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
