How to Launch a Successful Regenerative Health Practice
Sep 26, 2025
When I first stepped into this work, my life was anything but simple. I taught yoga before sunrise, saw clients in the afternoons, waitressed late at night, and even ran a meal prep business on the side. Four jobs, all at once, just to keep my dream alive.
Even when my clinic filled up, I was still stuck. To meet demand, I worked weekends, evenings, and holidays. I was helping people, but I was missing bedtime with my kids. That was the breaking point. Something had to change.
What I learned is simple: you don’t have to build your practice on exhaustion. With the right tools, support, and systems, you can help clients, grow your income, and still live a life that feels whole.
Why Regenerative Health?
When someone hears “autoimmune,” the story they’re given is that their body is attacking itself. That belief creates fear and self-hatred. But the truth is, our bodies aren’t broken. They’re brilliant. When we repair the signals and clean up the terrain, the body already knows how to heal.
That’s the heart of regenerative health. It isn’t about piling on supplements or chasing lab results. It’s about asking why symptoms appear in the first place and supporting the body at the cellular level.
I know this because I lived it. I was diagnosed with multiple autoimmune conditions and unexplained infertility. I refused to accept that future. I dug into regenerative detoxification, herbalism, nutrition, and the science of the body’s terrain. I healed. And that healing became my mission to train others.
Today, the Institute of Regenerative Health has trained more than 400 certified practitioners who are now helping clients get real results.
The Turning Point
Building my practice wasn’t easy. I remember juggling jobs, scraping money together, and praying for just enough clients to pay rent at the clinic. When I finally went full-time, it wasn’t the relief I expected.
I was booked out for weeks, sometimes months. To keep up, I opened more hours, added weekends, and gave up family time. I was burned out, exhausted, and still hitting a ceiling. The more clients I took, the more staff I needed. The math didn’t add up.
That’s when the lightbulb went off: I couldn’t keep doing one-on-one work the same way. People needed more than short consults and supplement lists. They needed support, education, and community. So I shifted everything into group programs.
And the result? My clients got better results. They had me live every week, they had a community to walk alongside, and they had the tools laid out step by step. I was helping more people in less time, and no one felt alone in their healing anymore.
Why the Institute Exists
The Institute of Regenerative Health was born out of that shift. During the pandemic, when my clinic was deemed “non-essential,” I knew this work had to keep reaching people. That’s when I built the curriculum.
What started as a 14-week course has now grown into a 34-week accredited program with eight in-depth modules. It’s live, interactive, and supported every step of the way. This isn’t an online click-and-watch course. You have mentorship, small pods, live Saturday classes with me, and ongoing alumni support.
We created this because I never want another practitioner to go through what I did, working four jobs, burning out, or feeling lost in the business side of things. I took every hard lesson and built it into the program.
Inside the Curriculum
The 34-week certification includes:
- Pillars of Regenerative Health – cellular health, organ and gland systems, lymphatic health, detoxification, pH balance, and more.
- Advanced Healing Modalities – kinesiology, holistic blood work, muscle testing, and practical application.
- Precision Healing – how to choose the right tools and protocols, especially for complex cases.
- Quantum Biology – with contributors like Dr. Katherine Clinton, exploring structured water, light, and the body’s voltage view.
-
Trauma and the Body – understanding how stored emotions and trauma impact physical health.
-
Reading the Body – face mapping, nails, skin, and hair as indicators of internal health.
- Iridology – reading the eyes as a map of organ and gland systems.
This is advanced education. It’s not surface-level, and it’s not about handing people another supplement list. It’s about root cause healing and building a career that lasts.
Support and Community
What makes this institute different is the level of support. You aren’t left alone with videos. You get live classes, mentorship, coaching calls, and an alumni network that stays active even after graduation. Every month, I host advanced education calls for graduates. You keep learning, growing, and building.
We’ve created a community that feels like family. Practitioners support each other, share wins, and collaborate. It’s one of the things people always notice when they join: the connection is real.
The Bigger Mission
For me, this has never been just about health. It’s about freedom. I believe we get to be well and we get to be wealthy. Burnout isn’t a badge of honor. Debt isn’t a requirement. You can do what you love, support people in deep healing, and still have spaciousness in your own life.
That’s the mission: regenerative health and regenerative wealth. Together, they create a path where practitioners thrive, families heal, and communities rise.
